Event Info

Join us for the 2022 Godspeed Memorial Day Challenge presented by Godspeed Elite Sports Academy. The mission of the challenge is to Remember those that gave their lives and honor their families by engaging in a workout designed to push mental and physical endurance.

Event will take place on Memorial Day (May 30th) at Godspeed Elite Sports Academy in Hoover.

Participants will be doing a special workout which includes:
1-mile run
100 pull ups (or scaled option)
200 push ups (or scaled option)
300 air squats (or scaled option)
1-mile run

Participants can wear a 20lb vest for men or 14lb vest for women or no vest. If competing for time, a vest is required and must be brought by participant. Godspeed Elite Sports Academy will not provide vest.

7:00 - SAME DAY REGISTRATION
7:30 - 30 MINUTE WARNING
7:45 - WELCOME, INTRODUCTION AND SAFETY BRIEF
7:50 - NATIONAL ANTHEM, INVOCATION AND LINEUP
8:00 - WAVE 1
9:30 - WAVE 2
