Staples Players Parents 2023-2024
The information on this form is for Staples Players' use only. Your/your Player's/student's information will not be shared outside our program.

It is critical that one form is completed per Player/student . If we do not receive a completed form for your Player/student, neither you nor your Player/student will receive important information required to participate in all aspects of the program (i.e., audition and callback details; show dates; tech week, hell week, and advance purchase information for show memorabilia and meals; Players gatherings, parent volunteer opportunities, etc.). Additionally, it is important that you follow the Players Parent Facebook group as important updates and last minute schedule changes and immediate volunteer needs are posted there in addition to general information.

Specific Committee Needs
CHAPERONES are needed to accompany Players during hell week rehearsals, etc. Chaperones are welcome to bring their own computers, books, etc to accomplish their own work or leisure as they chaperone.  

THE CONCESSIONS COMMITTEE is seeking at least one freshman parent and one sophomore parent to join current junior and senior parent committee members and ensure continuity from year-to-year.

THE COSTUMES COMMITTEE CHAIR is seeking parents who can sew proficiently and others who can chaperone crew members at various times. Parents will also be needed for clothing prep (ironing, etc.), organization, and miscellaneous support.

THE LOGO WEAR & MEMORABILIA COMMITTEE is seeking at least one freshman parent to "shadow" current committee members and assume chair position(s) in September 2023.

THE MEALS COMMITTEE is seeking a freshman or sophomore parent to shadow current Committee Head and assume chair position 2023.  

THE WORK DAY COMMITTEE is seeking parents able to assist in set construction, painting and general "handy" work associated with our Work Days. No experience needed to be of great assistance.
