The Peer-AcT is about adult training for people with disabilities to become trainer and how to give their expertise as experts in own interests to the tourism destination and businesses.

In Peer-AcT we are planning to launch a training in accessible or better inclusive tourism for you, conducted by people with disabilities together with in tourism!

The course will have 5 modules:
1. general information about accessible and inclusive tourism;
2. how to communicate with customer with special needs/disabilities and how reduce communication barriers;
3. information and marketing in accessible tourism, how to reach clients with disabilities;
4. how to create and operate a service chain
5. self-evaluation and quality-management of accessible touristic destination.

We want to customize the courses to your particular needs and interests.
