Fall Teen D&D Campaign Sign-Up Form
The Waupaca Public Library will be hosting Teen D&D during the school year. Sessions will be on every other Wednesday in October from 4:00-6:00 PM. Teens must be in grades 6-12 to play. Our first session on Wed. Oct. 11th is for Character Creation. 
  • Space is limited.
  • Teen D&D is a big commitment. Signing up means you're planning to be at most of the sessions, and understand that missing more than 2 sessions in a row without letting the library know ahead of time means giving up your spot at the table to another player.

In order to play Teen D&D at the Waupaca Public Library, we need all players/GMs to fill out our Teen D&D consent form.  This form helps our Game Masters understand what content players are not comfortable engaging with. Thank you!
