Use this form to submit a request for a Bank Letter.

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED TEAM NAME BEFORE REQUESTING A LETTER.

Bow View does not have a policy on the number of “signers” required on an account. This is a team decision. However, we do encourage teams to give 2 people on the team access to the account. If something ever happens to the only person listed on the account then the team can not access their bank account. If there are 2 people on your account, both will likely be required at the bank appointment to open the account. Please be mindful of this when you request your team bank letter with 1 or 2 signers/access and ask questions when you make your bank appointment.

Please do NOT open Team bank accounts under the name “Bow View Ringette Association” or use the Bow View Ringette mailing address.

Team Bank Account letters are issued with the following team naming convention. "Bow View U10S3-1 Northstars"
