1. Please fill in this form to apply to the Biology Honors Program. Prior to filling in this application, you must have identified a faculty member who has indicated they are willing to serve as your mentor.
2. Once you have submitted the form, email Alexa Bely (abely@umd.edu) and your mentor (and any co-mentor), together in one email, to let us know you have applied. Attach your UMD transcript to the email (downloaded file or screenshot is fine, but must be easily legible). Please write "Biology Honors Application" in the email subject.
3. Please ask your mentor to email Alexa Bely (abely@umd.edu) to indicate their willingness to serve as your mentor.
