All NEW working members and interns are 1099 independent contractors. Compensation to start is based generally on commissions. There may be additional individual and team incentives. Business administration, production people will also share in revenues. The onboarding process of filling out the proper tax forms and setting up EFT will be set as soon as there are commissions to pay. There will be more detailed terms as we proceed.
