Practice Days: Tues, Wed, Thurs ~ 5:30p to 7:30p @ Milpitas Sports Complex Football Field
**First month of practice is every weekday, M-F until school begins in mid August**
Game Days: Saturday
**Game could be on a Sunday by exception if the away game team cannot secure a field on Saturday.

Medical Physical Form Document
All participants must have a certified Medical Sports Physical completed by (July 15). You will need to submit official documention proof of a Medical Sports Physical signed by a certified medical professional and must include a medical certification stamp or the medical professional's license number with office address and must be dated on or after 01/01/2023. The document must specifically indicate that a medical or sports physical exam has been performed. *Many local walk-in clinics can provide a Medical Sports Physicals.
