Low testosterone can reduce muscles mass, bone mass, and increase irritability and depression, decrease red blood cell production, energy levels, and your ability to concentrate, and it has something to do with fat distribution as well.  How many hours of sleep do you need AT LEAST in order to produce the chemicals you need and wrap your brain connections well each night?
