Registration Form

Please complete one form per child.

Classes will run for 25 weeks starting mid-September.

Friday 10:00 am - 10:45 am

If any classes are cancelled during the year, make-up dates will be available in May.

Learning plan, midterm reports and final evaluations provided in September, January and June.

Fee: $1500.00

Payments by etransfer from your bank to teacher@quebeconlineschool.com . Please make sure your child's name and grade level are mentioned in the etransfer.

Requirements: Laptop or desktop, tablet, or iPad with camera and microphone
A quiet environment. Background noises such as animals and siblings can be very distracting in an online class.

Class sizes: 7-15 students. We retain the right to cancel classes in the minimum amount of students is not met by August 1st. Registration fees and any course fees paid will be refunded if this is the case.
