Registration Form for PTCRC's Try It Out Event - Lake McIntosh - 3501 TDK Blvd

Use this form to let us know that you are coming. If you have multiple youth in your family who are participating, please fill out a form for each. Wear close fitting athletic clothes, sneakers with socks and bring a water bottle. A hat and sunscreen are also suggested. You will be emailed an E-waiver form that will need to be electronically signed prior to attending. Or, you can copy the waiver link and paste it into your browser.
