Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS
  • The artworks you commission me here are for personal use ONLY. If you want artworks for commercial purposes you should reach out via my email, sgreta1995@gmail.com.
  • I may or may not post your works on social media. If you don't want your work shown online, let me know.
  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.
  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
PAYMENT
  • I accept payment in EUR and USD ONLY.
  • I ONLY accept payment through my Ko-fi or Paypal. (In case of the latter, I will send you an invoice.)
  • Do NOT send payment before I accepted your request.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
  • Once I accept your request, I will reach out to you via email.
  • The commission may take up a few days to months depending on the complexity of the piece. I will give you weekly/biweekly updates. These updates will have a watermark over them and be low resolution.
  • You can only have revisions at the sketch stage of the piece. Based on complexity this can be one or three revision(s).
  • After the sketch being accepted, I only do small revisions that don't radically change the piece. This is to avoid me making two pieces for the price of one.
  • Once the commission is finished you will get a watermark-free version of the artwork, in high resolution.
REFUND
  • The buyer is not allowed a full refund once I started working on the commission. You can only get a 50% refund if I only the sketch is done.
  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
