Business Campaign Sign Up Form
Complete this form to donate. Your business makes a difference in our community and your help makes a difference in our schools. There are four levels of participation to choose from. Contact Val Hammond at 208-716-1144 if you have questions.

$250 - SPORTS CALENDAR *Level 1 advertises your business as a proud sponsor on our Sports Calendar.

$500 - SPONSOR BOARD *Level 2 includes the Sports Calendar and your Business logo, with contact info, will be proudly displayed on the Sponsor Board as you enter the gym.

$750 - SHARE THE SUPPORT *Level 3 includes the Sports Calendar and Sponsor Board.  You will also receive (2) $25 gift certificates from a rotation of all the businesses who are on the Sports Calendar.

$1000 - COUGAR CLUB *Level 4 includes all levels above and your Business will be displayed as a Cougar Club member on the Sponsor Board. You will also receive a $100 gift certificate for “Cougar Gear” from the Booster Club.
