As promoted by the United Nations Convention
on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which went into effect in Hong Kong
in 2008, we should make it possible for disabled persons to have actual
participation in society with other people on an equal footing. The M+ Museum is
one of the new museums located in the Hong Kong West Cultural District, and it holds
some of the world’s foremost collections of contemporary arts. In this event,
participants will offer a sight guide for the visual impaired persons to the M+
Museum.
