Completing the questionnaire below is your first step in the enrollment process for your student! Once the questionnaire  has been completed and submitted our enrollment department will contact you via email or phone  to continue the enrollment process.

Classroom capacity and enrollment dates are limited for Ferndale Schools K-8 Virtual Classrooms and will be honored on a first come first served basis.  See below for more details.

If I wish to transition my student to an "in-person" classroom, I understand that I must reapply to Ferndale Schools. Students who wish to switch must meet all enrollment and residency criteria at the time of enrollment in the virtual program to be considered for a transition to in-person enrollment. I understand that all transitions will be handled on a case by case basis.
