Wednesday, May 11 from 4:00 - 5:00 PM (PT)

Prepare for a crisis before it happens. This interactive workshop will include a blend of theories of crisis management and practical hands on tips on how to develop your own crisis management and communications plan.

Learn the steps needed to take before a crisis occurs, including thinking through the organizational structure and developing a crisis comms framework. Be able to answer questions like:  How to create a media list? who do you need to talk to? Who needs to be involved? Who's the key spokesperson? Who should talk? Who should not? How responsive should you be?
