Yale Undergraduate Research Journal: Review Process Interest
The Yale Undergraduate Research Journal seeks to showcase outstanding undergraduate scholarship across all disciplines. In anticipation of our spring issue, we are keen to recruit Yale graduate students, postdocs, and professors to help review student submissions. We accept submissions only twice per year, and you can opt out any time. Reviews for the spring edition typically take place around February-March, and reviews for the fall edition take place around late June.

Reviewers score undergraduate work (1-2 articles of ~2000-4500 words per semester) if we receive submissions from their field. To aid this process, reviewers will follow a rubric that the YURJ editorial team has created. Reviewers will play a fundamental role in the evaluation and revision of submissions.

Past undergraduate authors have been incredibly grateful for the thoughtful comments of reviewers in improving their writing and research skills! Thank you for your time and consideration.
