Please let us know what Medicare/Medicaid data you would like to use in your research or journalism. Generally, CareSet has the ability to create national-level PUFs using Medicare data from the previous year, and Medicaid data from up to two years prior. For example, in 2024, 2023 Medicare data will be available and 2022 Medicaid data will be available.

You will not receive a PUF directly by submitting this form, but you will help us understand the needs of the research and journalism community as we design future PUFs.
