Art in the Park Vendor Application

Thank you so much for your interest in Art in the Park. 

The BACC (Brighton Arts & Culture Council) in partnership with the DBIA (Downtown Business Improvement Area) is proud to announce the 2nd annual Art in the Park. 

Our priority is creating an attractive space for vendors to sell and buyers to shop. Attention is paid to the selection of vendors, arrangement of booths, event advertising and extra attractions.

Art in the Park Vendor Information

Application Deadline: June 14th, 2024 for all vendors

Event Date: Saturday, August 3rd

Time: 10 am - 4 pm    (Setup: 8-9:30 am      Teardown: 3-4 pm)
  • This event is a RAIN or SHINE event. 

Fees 
  • BACC Members — $40.00
  • Non-BACC Members — $70.00 
    If you wish to join the BACC please follow this link to complete your online Membership Application and submit your $50 Membership Fee

Spaces Available: 
  • 25 Tent Spaces
  • 2 Food Vendors
  • 6 Musician/Performer Space

Booth Participation
  • Vendor fees cover a 10'x10' space; Art in the Park vendor participation digital assets to share on your social media; Vendor name/business printed in Art in the Park event marketing material. No tables, tents or chairs are included in the vendor fees. Fees are due prior to the event by e-transfer only (  (Further information will be provided to accepted Vendors). 
  • Vendors must open and close at designated times
  • Booth spaces must be occupied with a display and cannot be left empty
  • Vendors must be present at all times during the designated times
  • BACC Vendors may apply to share a Booth (maximum 2 Vendors per booth).

Requirements
  • A Tent (your own or rented) is suggested 
  • Event Liability Insurance (Please see below). 

Application Process and Payments
  • Complete this online application form.  We recommend that you submit your application EARLY.
  • Vendors will be contacted by email to proceed with payment of vendor fees and to provide all necessary paperwork ie., Insurance. 
  • In the event vendor fee payment is not received by the allocated timeframe, your application will be revoked. 
  • In the event vendors would like to withdraw their application before June 14th, please email: bacc@brightonartsandculture.com
