Having entertainers at an event can make or break it. Our goal by 2025 is to have the budget to pay all of you amazing people that make our events the next level of awesome!
What we have to offer any one entertains at our events:
* Based on at least Two (2) hours of performance or demonstration:
* Dedicated performance areas
* Tribal Hall for those who are presenting visual art (dancing)
* Artist Alley for story tellers, musicians, artists, etc.
* Electricity is available at these two (2) areas for performances only
* We plan a place for you, and/or your group/tribe, to set-up your own "taking a break" canopy (10' x 10' space)
* Reduced vending fees to our cost ($25) for an additional 12' x 12' space per day
* We encourage having a "tip jar" for guests to show their appreciation for your talents
* We encourage you to have merchandise to sale that is relevant to your artistic profession
* We encourage you to get with our Merchant's Guild Master to ensure we are promoting you at other events for the next six (6) months on the Bards Guild of Requiem social media accounts and webpage
* We work with our food vendors on the possibility of a discount for those who entertain
* Sign up before our "Go to Print" day and you and/or your group will be listed on it!
* Deadlines for printing:
* Ren Faire of Bandera County - April 1st
A NEW BONUS!!!
Tell us how much you would normally charge for a two hour performance (anything above and beyond the two (2) hours is purely for the joy of entertaining). We will issue you an Entertainers Check-In Packet, when checking in at the event, a "Donation" receipt for that amount should be included. If not, get with Check-in person after setting up. Keep that receipt, for your taxes, as we are now a legal Non-Profit Private Foundation!
