Dear Virginia Beach Seventh-day Adventist Church family,
 
As our state begins to lift stay-at-home restrictions, your church leaders face challenging decisions about gathering again. In addition to being in prayer and listening to government officials and health experts to make the best decisions for our church. The Potomac Conference of Seventh-day Adventist have recommended that each church consider their church, location, and situation to determine when and how to return fellowshipping in the church building.  

We also want to listen to you, our congregation, before we start the re-entry process, whenever that may be. While it will be impossible for us to please everyone when making decisions around gathering again, this questionnaire asks about your expectations of when to begin re-entry, your comfort level in attending large and small groups, and more.
 
Once the results have been gathered, your church leadership can then determine the best course of action for re-opening with the confidence that we know the unique perspective of our congregation.
