We are excited to announce that Jaguar Athletics will start after the winter break. To help us prepare for the athletic seasons, please complete the survey below.  Please note that try-outs and practice days/times for each sport will be determined after the survey results are collected. Students are encouraged to select any sport they would like to participate in if they can attend after school practices and tryouts. Please complete one survey for each student athlete repeating the survey for other children in your household.
