<Murloc Madness> Guild Application
<Murloc Madness> is a casual HEROIC WEEKEND raiding guild on Area 52 that aims for AOTC every tier while maintaining a relaxed, fun and positive atmosphere. Founded by a small, tight-knit group of friends, we have been successful in achieving our goals since 2016. We are happy to add new members, but are selective in terms of culture fit. Class raid composition is not important to us, we want guild members to play what is fun for them!

Expectations
All raiders are expected to follow The BP's © 2014

BP#1: BE PREPARED
Raiders are expected to research the encounters, bring consumables, and be online on time.

BP#2: BE PRODUCTIVE
Raiders are expected to be effective in their role, whether DPS, healing, or tanking. They are also expected to execute the team strategy.

BP#3: BE POSITIVE
Raiders are expected to maintain a respectful attitude and promote a drama-free environment. Racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate remarks will NOT be tolerated.

Interview
All applicants that pass the application phase will require a follow-up interview through Discord with the guild officers.

Trial Evaluation
Our trial process is different from other guilds. If accepted, you will be evaluated not just on performance, but also your attitude and culture fit. A trial evaluation lasts for 2-3 months, and may be extended at the officers' discretion. All trials have the same loot privileges and guild bank access as established raiders.

<Murloc Madness> prioritizes culture fit above all other factors (including performance), and this cannot be accurately assessed during the typical trial length of 2 weeks.
