Thank you for registering for Mati's workshop!  We're so happy you'll be dancing with us.  This is a 5 Rhythms Waves workshop.  Workshop hours are:  Friday, 7-10 pm.  Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm.  Sunday, 11 am - 5 pm.   We prefer you attend the entire workshop-- you'll get the most out of it that way!  There is a Friday evening only option for $40.  The early bird cost of the workshop (before Oct. 1st) is $210; full price (after Oct. 1st) is $245.   Your registration is complete and your spot on the weekend is saved when this form AND payment are received.  

**Registration cancellation policy: 75% if cancelled 3 months ahead. 50% one month-2 weeks ahead. No refund 2 weeks before workshop, but payment is transferable to another dancer.
