PAYMENT INFORMATION - Once you have completed this form, send a check made out to: UNIVErSITY OF SOUTHERN MAINE for $222.  If you send it before May 1st, postdate the check for May 1, 2022.  USM does not cash checks right away, and we will not cash the check if the camp is not running. Mail the check to Lorrie King, SMWP YAC Registrar, 215 Melissa Drive, Yarmouth, ME 04096. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
