Recognizing and paying tribute to exceptional educators is one of the primary missions of TESOL Coach Master Inc. One such method is the selection of Teacher of the Year. Everyone will have the opportunity to make nominations through the process.

Criteria for Nomination

• Exhibit an exceptional capacity for motivating students of different scholastic levels and cultural backgrounds
• Demonstrate a high level of expertise and dedication in the classroom

• Be poised and articulate

• Have the respect and admiration of students, parents and colleagues

• Play an active role in the community as well as in the school


1. Application

Nominations will be open to all. The application must be completed and submitted though a google form on or before June 30, 2022.


2. Selection Process
The method of selecting the nominee  will be determined by the SELECTION TEAM OF TCMI.


4. Recognition

TOP 3 TEACHER OF THE YEAR WILL be awarded during the TESOL COACH MASTER’S FOUNDATION DAY on July 9, 2022.  Top 3 teachers will receive Php 5,000 each, trophy, and scholarships
