The Nominee's Biography or Resume is required to be submitted to support your nomination. You may copy/paste that information into the appropriate field on this form. Otherwise, you must email supporting documents to vfarmer@shsu.edu by April 24, 2024.

In order to be nominated, the nominee must be one of the following:

Any regular member in good standing; or
Any honorary member in good standing who is currently employed in a probation capacity

Southern Region - Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia

Central Region - Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin
