Please complete this form to register for an upcoming clinic.

Deposits are half of the clinic tuition. The remainder of the tuition is to be paid at the clinic.

We will have strings for sale at the clinics.

If paying with Venmo, my Venmo is staceymartin_nlgt.

If paying with Paypal, my PayPal is @nextlevelgoattying@gmail.com. Add $5 fee for Paypal payments.

Clinic spots will not be secured until a deposit is received. I recommend paying with Paypal or Venmo to secure your spot. I will send a Paypal invoice at my earliest convenience if you do not send payment. Please allow several days as I may be on the road or at a clinic.

I create Private Facebook Groups for each clinic. Please join the group for updates and pictures and videos from the clinic. I will send an email with directions on how to join.

If for any reason a student can not attend a clinic after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be credited toward any clinic within the next year. If the clinic is canceled, all deposits will be refunded.

You will not receive an invoice for a check just mail it and be sure to place the student's name and clinic they are attending in the memo line.
