The Inspiring Leaders Program (ILP)  is an intensive leadership & service program for students entering 9th and 10th grades that produces socially responsible leaders in Philadelphia. The program includes rigorous leadership & service project planning workshops, volunteer service opportunities, mentorship experience, and provides students with access to funding for organizing service projects.

Students who actively participate in ILP accumulate a minimum of 70 hours of community service. ILP operates two-three times per month on Saturdays in the West Philadelphia, University City area.
