#### General Membership Terms:

  • First Year: Includes course fees covering a major part and access to ECLIPSE tools for practice.
  • Renewals: Provide extensive access to ECLIPSE systems based on the membership grade.
### Enrollment Policy:

1. Eligibility:
  •    Open to individuals interested in learning and trading through the ECLIPSE system.
2. Enrollment Process:
  •    Complete the registration form on the Mars Equity website.
  •    Submit necessary documents and ID proof.
  •    Make the payment for the first year's membership fee, covering course fees and ECLIPSE tools.
3. Benefits for New Members:
  •    Access to introductory courses tailored to the membership grade.
  •    Hands-on practice with ECLIPSE tools.
  •    Regular webinars, mentoring sessions and practical sessions with experienced trainer.
  •    Support from the Mars Equity community and access to forum discussions.

5. ECLIPSE Tools Access:

### Renewal Policy:

1. Renewal Process:
  •    Members will receive a renewal reminder one month before the expiration of their current membership.
  •    Renewal can be completed by following the instructions sent individually to each member
  •    Payment for the renewal fee must be made before the current membership expires.
2. Benefits for Renewing Members:
  •    Elite is a step-by-step learning program that teaches you how to trade and invest confidently                       using the Eclipse system.
  •    Elite+ is an advanced mentorship program that gives you deeper strategies, personal guidance,     and       hands-on support to master trading and investing with the Eclipse system.
  •    EliteX is a 3 year access program of Elite with premium tools, priority support, and full access to all advanced     learning and updates from the Eclipse system.
  •    EliteX+ is the ultimate 3 year membership that includes everything in Elite+, plus one-on-one                       mentorship, priority upgrades, and exclusive access to future premium features and strategies in the         Eclipse system.
  •    Prolite is a simple and practical stock market course that teaches you how to trade using a                         proven system called ECLIPSE.
  •    ULTRA is a one-time lifetime membership that gives you permanent access to the ECLIPSE                         system, all future updates, and unlimited training without any renewals.
  •    SkyTron is an automated trading platform that connects your brokerage account to pre-                               defined trading strategies, helping you execute trades smartly and efficiently without manual effort.

###Important Note on TradingView and ECLIPSE System Costs:

  • TradingView Subscription: Please note that the TradingView platform, which is used to visualize and access charts for the ECLIPSE trading system, requires a separate subscription. Members are responsible for subscribing to TradingView based on their individual needs, as it is not included in the Mars Equity membership package. You can explore TradingView’s subscription plans and pricing through their official website.

  • ECLIPSE System Access Costs: The Mars Equity membership provides you with educational resources and access to introductory tools. However, full access to the ECLIPSE trading system incurs an additional cost based on the selected membership grade (Elite, Elite+,EliteX, ELiteX+ or ULTRA). This cost covers the proprietary features, tools, and indicators specific to the ECLIPSE system, which helps traders and investors in making informed decisions.For any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact the number given below at the end of the document.

### Membership Agreement

By subscribing to Mars Equity services, you agree to receive support messages for the 'MEQ Eclipse' trading platform from Mars Syndicate, Mars Equity, Archer Equitas, and their affiliated services. Collectively, Mars Equity is known as 'MEQ.' We may send you informational emails or messages via WhatsApp/Telegram. To discontinue these communications, please email us at support@marsequity.com. Mars Equity and its affiliates, Mars Syndicate/Archer Equitas, are not responsible for any actions you take to stop these messages if you have not formally requested discontinuation through email.

### ECLIPSE System Fee Structure

Overview

The ECLIPSE system fee for MARS EQUITY members is structured proportionately based on the tier levels of TradingView plans. These terms outlines the annual access fees, three-year access fees and life-time for the Elite, Elite+, EliteX, EliteX+ & ULTRA membership tiers.

Fair Use Policy

Please note that only one login is permitted per ID for PCs/Laptops and one for smartphones. This condition applies to all tiers of the TradingView plans. Multiple logins will result in your fees being multiplied by the number of additional PCs/Laptops or smartphones used. Multiple logins will result in your account being temporarily flagged and suspended until fees associated with multiple logins are settled. This is to ensure the integrity and fair use policy of the Eclipse System.

Multiplier

The fees are scaled based on the complexity, additional devices and benefits of the TradingView plan. For example: The multiplier for the Plus plan indicates a significantly higher fee due to additional features and benefits. Similarly for Premium plan there will be a higher multiplier.

The fee structure ensures that members are charged proportionately based on their TradingView plan and the benefits they receive from the ECLIPSE system. This tiered approach allows members to select a plan that best fits their trading needs and financial capability.

Professional Grade TradingView Plans

For members using professional-grade TradingView plans — which are classified above the Premium plan in the non-professional category — please note that ECLIPSE system access is currently not supported or provided for such plans.

Due to platform restrictions and compliance complexities associated with professional-grade accounts, the ECLIPSE system is limited to non-professional TradingView tiers only (Basic, Essential, Plus, and Premium). Members enrolled under professional-grade TradingView licenses will be required to switch to a supported plan in order to access the ECLIPSE system.

Important Access Restriction

Please note that ECLIPSE system access will not be provided for the following TradingView subscription tiers:

These plans fall outside the supported integration structure due to compatibility and enforcement limitations. Members using these plans will need to downgrade to a supported plan (such as Basic, Essential, Plus, or Premium – non-professional tier) to receive ECLIPSE system access.

### Fair Usage Policy for MARS EQUITY Platforms

Purpose
This Fair Usage Policy is designed to ensure that all members of MARS EQUITY benefit equally from our resources, including the Eclipse System with TradingView software and SharePoint Portal. This policy safeguards the integrity and quality of our services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for all users.

Scope
This policy applies to all MARS EQUITY members accessing and using our online trading systems and educational resources.

Usage Limits

  1. Single Device Login:
    Each member is permitted to log in to the portal using one PC/laptop and one smartphone at a time. This ensures fair access and system security.

  2. No Sharing:
    Members' credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with others. Credentials should remain unchanged. Sharing or modifying credentials violates this policy and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

  3. Simultaneous Logins:
    Simultaneous logins from multiple devices beyond the allowed number will be flagged. Repeated violations will lead to suspension of account access.

  4. Credentials Usage:
    Credentials must not be altered, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Unauthorized changes, such as enabling 2FA, may disrupt system operations and result in temporary or permanent suspension.

  5. Account Information and Privacy:
    Member accounts, such as user IDs in specific series, are created and managed by MARS EQUITY to ensure seamless integration with trading systems.

    • Personal details like phone numbers must not be added to profiles, as accounts may be reassigned upon membership discontinuation.
    • Altering user IDs or account settings may disrupt script execution and system functionality, resulting in restricted access or suspension.

Additional Clauses

  1. Avoid Adding Personal Details:

    • Members must refrain from adding personal information (e.g., phone numbers or email addresses) to their TradingView profiles.
    • MARS EQUITY manages these accounts, and they may be reassigned to other members if membership is discontinued or migrated. Adding personal details could compromise your privacy.

  2. Special Clause for Advanced-Level Members:

    • Advanced-level members upgrading to a TradingView subscription may need to add personal details like phone numbers and payment information.
    • Upon migration or membership discontinuation, these details must be promptly removed to ensure your privacy and security.

  3. Do Not Change User IDs or Passwords:

    • Avoid changing your user ID or password. Customized IDs are mapped to scripts and meticulously managed by the mentor to maintain system functionality.
    • Unauthorized changes may lead to account flagging or restricted access to the Eclipse system.

  4. Unauthorized Logins:

    • Members are permitted one login per PC/laptop and one per smartphone. Additional unauthorized logins will result in account flagging.
    • Repeated violations may lead to suspension or the imposition of additional fees for multiple logins.

  5. Changes Impacting Script Execution:

    • Alterations to account settings can disrupt the Eclipse system’s functionality, as scripts are mapped to specific accounts and continually refined. Members must adhere strictly to the original account configuration to maintain optimal performance.

Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Fair Usage Policy may result in warnings, suspension of access, or termination of membership. These measures are necessary to ensure a secure and equitable experience for all MARS EQUITY members.

Proprietary System Rights and Program Structure Policy

  • The ECLIPSE trading system and associated learning programs offered through Mars Equity are proprietary in nature. All components, structures, tools, indicators, and supporting materials have been custom-developed and refined by the Mars Equity mentor.

  • Mars Equity and its affiliated services (including Mars Syndicate and Archer Equitas) reserve the full right to modify, alter, enhance, or discontinue any part of the program structure, learning modules, system components, interface, or tool configurations at any time, without prior notice.

  • These rights also extend to any new systems, programs, or membership names introduced in the future, not limited to the current ECLIPSE system or the existing Elite, Elite+, EliteX, EliteX+ & ULTRA membership structures.

  • Such modifications may be introduced to improve performance, enhance user experience, ensure compliance, or reflect ongoing research and development. These changes may apply across all access tiers, membership levels, and related services.

  • Members agree and acknowledge that participation in Mars Equity programs does not entitle them to claim ownership, fixed structure, or perpetual access to any specific version or format of the ECLIPSE system or any future system developed by Mars Equity or its affiliates.

  • Continued usage of the ECLIPSE system or any other future system and participation in Mars Equity programs constitutes acceptance of this policy.

- Issue warnings to the offending member.
- Multiply fees according to unauthorized multiple logins.
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access if repeated violations occur.

### Refund Policy

All sales for the 'MEQ Eclipse' software, mentorship courses, and workshop courses are final. There are no refunds or cancellations once services are subscribed. If issues arise, we offer the option to hold the membership services and resume at a later time. By subscribing to MEQ services and making the payment for membership, you acknowledge and agree to Mars Equity and its affiliates' no refund and no cancellation policy. Rights of admission are reserved. Please note that TradingView's cancellation policy is separate and must be checked on the vendor's website. Their terms and conditions differ from those of Mars Equity.
