Cancellations and Refunds

  1. You reserve the right to cancel your weekly lessons/groups providing a minimum of one month’s notice to cancel. If notice is received with less than 30 days notice, you will be charged for this whole month, whether or not you have attended.

You will still be liable to pay for these fees.

  3. If you believe you have exceptional circumstances and wish to request the cancellation of your place with less than one month’s notice, please write to us as early as possible by email to catvanalc@gmail.com. Please write the name of your course in the subject line of your email. Your case will be considered by the Departmental Administrator and, if appropriate, by other members of the Senior Management Team; their decision will be communicated to you within 14 days of your request. 2. CVLC’s liability when it cancels a course will be limited to a refund of any fees or charges paid for the cancelled course. For partial cancellation of a course, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis.

Changes to Courses

  1. CVLC will seek to deliver each course in accordance with the description set out on your course web page
