Responsibilities:
 Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using the Abeka curriculum that integrates
Christian values and teachings from the King James Version of the Bible.
 Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued
and respected.
 Provide individualized attention to meet the diverse needs of students and encourage their
spiritual development.
 Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a cohesive educational experience for
students.
 Maintain open communication with parents regarding students’ progress, behavior, and
any concerns.
 Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes Christian principles,
exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
 Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a Christian or private
school setting.
 Proficiency in integrating Christian principles and teachings into lesson plans.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
