SSSL at SAMLA 93: Southern Literature, Social Networks, Social Distance
The Society for the Study of Southern Literature invites papers on topics relevant to the SAMLA 93 conference theme: “Social Networks, Social Distance.” This year’s conference will take place from November 4-6, 2021 in Atlanta, GA. The works explored may be from any ‘literary’ medium including poetry, prose, film, or video games relative to the South[s] and may discuss anything relevant to that theme: disease and crisis, division, community solidarity, online communities, conspiracy theories, racial and economic justice, regional politics, and many others. If you have any questions, please contact either Cameron Lee Winter (clw23543@uga.edu) or Shari Arnold (sarnold10@gsu.edu). Please, submit abstracts, biographies, and A/V requirements.
