11am - Off-ice classroom session for all volunteers (Room C - Seniors Room)
noon - on-ice session for players and coaches (Rink)
1pm - debrief in dressing rooms
1:15pm - end
On-ice volunteers need to wear skates, helmet, and bring a stick for the training (and at all sessions during the season)

We need players to attend the on-ice portion of the training so we have players to participate in the drills, do you have a player 4-8 years old who can get up and skate on their own? (once I see how many players coaches are bringing, I invite additional players to ensure we have enough to run a great session). Note, if possible, please have a 2nd adult/teenager come and help the player get ready to get on the ice as we may not have sufficient Student volunteers to help all players get ready. *
