HYFLEXPOWER SURVEY
This EU-funded project will demonstrate that renewable hydrogen can serve as a flexible means of storing energy which can then be used to power an industrial turbine.  The mission of the project is to test an entirely green hydrogen-based power supply for a completely carbon-free energy mix. The project marks the implementation of the world’s first industrial-scale power-to-X-to-power demonstration with an advanced turbine with high hydrogen content fuel. In 2023, trials will continue to increase the hydrogen ratio up to 100%.

This survey is part of a thesis which conducts a Social Life Cycle Analysis, aiming to assess the public's perception on the project. In the first section you will be asked your personal opinion on matters regarding Hydrogen and Green energy.

Your participation is voluntary, anonymous and can be terminated at any time simply by closing the page you are on. The questionnaire's intention is to collect your individual opinion and not your organization's or your entity's corporate view.
The indicative completion time is approximately 10'.

Although hydrogen is actually a colorless gas, the colors are used to describe how 'clean' the procedures from which the hydrogen is made are. Grey hydrogen is made from fossil fuels, blue hydrogen is made from fossil fuels with carbon capture and green (the cleanest) is made from renewable energy. For the purpose of this survey, where hydrogen is later mentioned we are referring to green hydrogen.
While the above are the most common colors of hydrogen, it is important to also mention pink/red/purple hydrogen (produced by heat derived from nuclear power) as well as yellow hydrogen (derived from an electricity mix which can include various sources energy).
