Knitting LIVE! Vendor Application New York 2023

We are pleased to announce that Vendor Applications for our February 2023 event are now OPEN. Our marquee NYC event returns this February 9–12 at the newly renovated Marriott Marquis in Times Square, and it will be better than ever! Our audience is very excited for the return of in-person events, so we are pulling out all the stops. And we will be updating you with promotional information throughout the lead-up to the event.

Please fill out this application form at your earliest convenience—first come, first served, with priority given to previous New York and Launch Pad vendors, based on seniority. Booth space is limited. If accepted, we will be sending you a registration link for payment. To build upon the DEI work we have been doing and our values, and we will be reserving 30% of spots for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ vendors.

 WHAT’S NEW AND EXCITING?

— We are starting promotion for this event early this year, launching in September, to make sure that we build up excitement for this return to form.

— In addition to the event itself, vendors will be eligible for social media contests and features leading up to the event. This gives you exposure to our more than 83K followers across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

— Also, we’ll be working with select vendors to feature event-exclusive merchandise or offers to build excitement within the marketplace itself.

We’ll keep all accepted vendors apprised of promotional opportunities as we roll them out over the next few months.

Thank you for your interest in applying, and we look forward to working together to make the February 2023 NYC event better than ever!

Below is our current policy on safety; we will continue to revisit our plan as conditions change and will be revising as necessary.

Applications are open to all who are interested in vending at Knitting LIVE!, no matter their age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, socioeconomic status, or political beliefs.

Vaccination Policy
The safety and security of our attendees, vendors, teachers, staff, and volunteers are our most important priorities. We will require COVID-19 vaccinations to attend the New York show. In order to attend, everyone will be required to upload their vaccination card showing proof of full COVID vaccination obtained at least two weeks before the event. Vaccination cards will be reviewed and approved. For those who have medical conditions and are unable to get vaccinated, a doctor’s note is required, a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of each day you attend, and mask to be worn at all times.

Masking
Based on current guidelines from New York City, Knitting LIVE! we will not require masking, but recommend masks in crowded areas. Complimentary masks will be available on site as well as hand sanitizer stations, and our cleaning crews will do frequent cleanings in high-touch areas.

This is our COVID policy as of now; it will be updated based on any masking or vaccine requirement changes from city, state, or federal authorities. We will follow all masking requirements based on community transmission, which you can track here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/covid-by-county.html?CDC_AA_refVal

We are working on timed marketplace entry for attendees to avoid overcrowding. More information will be available soon.

Vendor Details
All interested booth exhibitors must submit a COMPLETED application form. We will review all submissions and reserve the right to accept or reject an application.

Please Note: Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a loyalty point system. One loyalty point is awarded to a vendor for each NY Knitting LIVE event at which they are a contracted vendor. Vendors with the highest loyalty points will be given first consideration for booth assignment(s). We may not be able to assign the vendor their preferred space, in which case Knitting LIVE will assign the next best space available. Knitting LIVE reserves the right to alter the location(s) of booth(s) based on the general appearance and overall planning of Knitting LIVE.

Upon acceptance, vendors will have until the deadline to submit a deposit or full payment or they forfeit their opportunity to exhibit at the show.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Exhibit space canceled 60 days or more prior to the show is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit. Exhibit space canceled fewer than 60 days prior to the show will not be issued a refund.
