Attendance Collaborative: Regional Attendance PLC; Meets Monthly (Grant Funded in York & Cumberland County 2023-2024 School Year)

Attendance Matters Monthly Support & Evaluation: Coaching at intervention team meetings, includes unlimited access to technical support for the duration of the contract as well as year end evaluation and recommendations. ($350 a month per attendance team)

Attendance Matters Initial Audit: professional development session to better understand chronic absenteeism in your district or school, reflect on current policies and practices, & plan 2-3 tangible next steps based upon your current attendance data, includes baseline evaluation and follow-up meeting 6-8 weeks out. ($1500)

Attendance Matters Check-Up: 60 minute session to review attendance data, revisit tiered interventions, and plan 2-3 tangible next steps, includes follow-up call ($500 a session)

Data Support: Analysis of current attendance data and development of a customized attendance tracking spreadsheet. ($500)

Attendance Matters Policies & Practices Audit: Review of staff reported policies and practices and written policies and procedures includes a summary of results and suggestions for improvement ($500)

Attendance Matters Evaluation: An analysis of staff survey summarizing staff perceptions of attendance policies and practices. ($250)

Facilitated Focus Group: 60 minute facilitated session with students or other community stakeholders to better understand engagement and attendance challenges includes summary report and 3-5 practical suggestions ($250 per focus group)

Custom Student & Small Group Staff Workshops – $250/ hour or $1000/day

Technical Support & Consultations - Free first call, $125 each additional hour
