Speaker Agreement Terms
By speaking at a BSides Peoria conference you agree to the following terms.
- Speakers grant BSides Peoria permission to reproduce, distribute, advertise, and show a Speaker's presentation including but not limited to BSidesPeoria.com, conference proceedings and materials, audio, video, printed and/or electronic ads, fliers, mailers, etc.
- You warrant that the above work has not been previously published elsewhere, or if it has, that you have obtained permission for its publication by BSides Peoria.
- The BSides Peoria Review Board will have access to all submissions and materials.
- Reviews, acceptances and/or declines are conducted on a rolling basis.
- All correspondence and queries should be sent to hello@BSidesPeoria.com.
- Presentations are in either a 25 -minutes— Up to 2 speakers
- If the presentation is deemed to be a work of plagiarism or a blatant vendor pitch, BSides Peoria may revoke the Speaker's acceptance and the Speaker will not be considered for future speaking opportunities.
- BSides Peoria reserves the right to change scheduled speaking times as necessary. While every effort will be made to honor assigned times, Speakers may be called upon to present at any time during the conference.
- BSides Peoria reserves the right to rescind or cancel any accepted submissions without reason.
- BSides Peoria shall provide 1 projector feed, and microphone. If you need to use multiple outputs for a demo, please mention this below.
- You understand that you will be responsible for your own hotel and travel expenses to BSides Peoria.
- You will submit a final copy of the presentation To BSides Peoria by noon 2 weeks before your presentation.
- You hold BSides Peoria harmless and accept all liability for material and commentary presented during your allotted BSides Peoria presentation.
