This form allows simple checking for compliance of the design of a site for multiple dwellings with the Warmington Neighbourhood Plan Design Code and Policy W3. It can be used as a simple assessment tool at the design stage of a project to make sure all elements have been considered prior to any planning application. Use of this tool will put you in contact with Warmington Parish Council.
Prospective sites will also need to comply with other policies within the Warmington Neighbourhood Plan. An early dialogue with the Parish Council would be helpful in this regard.
