In the case of inclement weather, we will shift our location to LDS (Latter Day Saints) Church at 3900 Howard St, Annandale. Weather decision and email notification will be sent early afternoon.

NEW THIS YEAR!
Dinner is first! What this means is that if you do not prefer to join us for dinner, you may choose that option, arrive at 6:00 pm and miss absolutely none of the other festivities. So, if you need a longer nap after Divisionals, we've got you.
Dinner tickets: $10 per person, with a max cost of $50 per immediate family group.
Après dinner (after dinner/dinner not included) tickets: No cost. Just join us at 6 pm for activities, awards, dessert & slide show
FOOD (WHAT TO BRING):
The main dishes of the banquet are catered each year. This year we are having Mexican from Anita's. In order to keep costs down, and to make this very special end of season event a success for our amazing swimmers, we need every parent's help. Each family is asked to bring an appetizer, salad, fruit or dessert to share. NOTE: Water and lemonade will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own adult or other beverages, unless we are at the church due to weather - no alcohol is permitted there.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Each adult (both parents if there are two in the mix) should help with either set up, food service or clean up if at all possible. **We do understand that if you have multiple littles you may not both practically be able to help. However, just like our meets, it does take many hands! Please consider signing up for a clean-up job, those are always the hardest to fill.
