ADD/DROP:      Use this form to ADD or DROP course(s) prior to the end of the late registration deadline.
WITHDRAW:     Use this form to WITHDRAW from course(s) prior to the end of the Withdrawal deadline.

Week 1             Early Registration
Week 2             Standard Registration
Week 3             Classes Start.  Add/Drop without penalty
Week 4             Late registration. New and changes in Registration carry penalty. 
                          Withdrawal required to pay 25% of tuition. 
Week 5             Withdrawal required to pay 50% of tuition
Week 6             Withdrawal required to pay 75% of tuition
Week 7             Withdrawal ends. 100% of tuition due.  A grade of "W" assigned.
Week 8              Grade of "F" assigned
