Return Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring we receive the unused portion of the returned product(s) and order number within 30 days of your order being delivered.
If the below steps are not followed we will not have enough information to process a refund.
- All full price items can be returned within 30 days of order receipt
- Items purchased at a 20% or greater discount during company sponsored sales promotions are not eligible for refund
- Majority of the product must be unused
- Shipping of returned products is at the expense of the customer. Please ship returns to: TreLuxe C/O Returns, 9850 190th St., Suite C, Mokena, IL 60448
- Original shipping cost cannot be refunded
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment only
- You must include your original TréLuxe order number within the shipment of your return
Once your return is received, please allow 7-11 business days for the refund of the purchase price to be reflected on your account. Once return is processed you will receive an automatic email notification.
