I, and my heirs, in consideration of my participation in the “Tinker-Time Workshop,” hereby release Tinkertopia LLC, their employees and agents, and any other people officially connected with this business, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness or injury from whatever source, legal entanglements, imprisonment, death, or loss of money, which might occur while participating in this event.

Specifically, I release said persons from any liability or responsibility for my physical condition, for the condition of venue and for the presence or actions of any other participants.  I am aware of the risks of participation. I hereby state that I am in sufficient physical and mental condition to accept the appropriate level of physical and creative activity. I understand that participation in this activity is strictly voluntary and I freely chose to participate.

If there are questions about tool and material use in the “Tinker-Space” workshop, I will ask a Tinkertopia staff on duty for proper handling and or tutorial before attempting to create i.e. sewing machine, die cuts, glue gun, hand tools, paper cutter, time machine, black-hole, space/time energy vortex.

I understand that Tinkertopia does not provide medical coverage for me.  I verify that I will be responsible for any medical costs I incur as a result of my participation.  

I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
