2022-2023 Delivery Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in delivering food bins during the 2022-2023 school year.  This year we will continue to operate out of two sites at both the Champaign Church of Christ (CCOC) located at 1509 W. John St. Champaign and Hope Center (HC)located at 1802 N. Lincoln in Urbana.

IMPORTANT ITEMS:
- Bin pickup will be on TUESDAYS between 4:00 - 5:30 PM, every other week.  (With some variation around school breaks)
- Bins should be delivered to the school the following Wednesday morning, unless other arrangements have been made with the school.
- The first pickups from CCOC will be on Tuesday August 23rd but will only be a 1 week delivery with the regular two week delivery starting the following week on the 30th.  
- The first regular pickup from HC(Urbana) will be on Tuesday, August 23, and every other Tuesday after.
-Some school schedules will be variable during the first few weeks of classes.
- We will work with schools if staff assistance is needed to bring bins inside.
- Please be flexible as circumstances may very well change throughout the year.
