One of the core goals of the Prettyboy Recreation Council is to provide recreational and creative activity for the residents. 

Some participants value a 'Program Completion Gift' such as a shirt, medal or trophy. These items can increase future program costs, but generally are greatly appreciated by participants, especially, younger participants.
