The Athlete Development Program (ADP) is a select-entry, specialised sports development and education program aimed to assist students in the pursuit of sporting excellence. The program combines general physical preparation (strength & conditioning), technical squad training and athlete development curriculum.
Come and view Classroom and/or Technical Squad sessions and speak to staff & students about the ADP.
