Joining as a Work trader (WT) for this event represents a commitment to co-create community with us in order to protect the health and safety of participants, the land, and serve our mission of maintaining a safe and beautiful space to appreciate music, art and each other.

Each individual is responsible for themselves and the tasks they agreed to when applying for a WT position. It takes a community of like minded and service oriented people to bring this conscious event to life. We are excited to work with individuals as dedicated as we are. We look forward to this awesome experience!

Essential Info:

• 9 hours results in $150 discount to your ticket plus free parking.

• 15 hours or completion of a specific job results in free entry plus free parking.
• Deposit to hold your work/trade spot is $50.

• Please show up sober and prepared for the shift you agreed to work. We need your help and are relying on it. Please be as respectful of the time, energy, and consideration it has taken to facilitate this event, as we are of the contribution you are sharing with us.

• Expect an email, so check your spam! And an interview phone call, confirmation emails and communication from Work/Trade Coordinator in advance of event.

• All WT will be in contact with a Team Leader before the event to discuss their role

• All WT, special arrangements excepted, must arrive by a pre-arranged time on the day before the event opens to public, to meet with their TL and co-workers.

• You'll be signed up to our email list to receive CF offers and updates- a great way to tell friends about us is to forward that email. We won't bombard you, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To be clear, we respect plant medicine, but aren't offering a space for it at this time. There is no alcohol, psychedelics, or illegal drugs. They will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave. We have made this promise to all participants in order to provide a clear and brave space.

This will be refunded within 2 weeks after the festival, provided you fulfilled your work/trade commitments. Work/trade positions are awarded based on experience & availability. We'll refund you if we don't have a work/trade spot for you. You don't receive a refund if you back out.
