Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Raw Rewild Retreat involves certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily choose to participate in the retreat and assume all risks associated with it.

Travel Insurance: I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage for the duration of the retreat. This includes coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and any other unforeseen events.

Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Raw Rewild Retreat team, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the retreat or while traveling to and from the retreat.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Raw Rewild Retreat team, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the retreat.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Raw Rewild Retreat team to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result.

I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Raw Rewild Retreat, and I agree to it of my own free will.
