The terms stated herein shall survive in perpetuity: I understand and acknowledge that the information and processes presented in this challenge are proprietary and confidential. Accordingly, I shall not share, reveal, copy, disclose, teach, or discuss by any means including but not limited to written, verbal, or digital any of the information or material read, presented via Zoom, or discussed within the confines of the Memoir Kickoff Challenge.

I further understand and acknowledge that all excerpts presented or used in this course are the Intellectual Property of the contributing authors and that they retain sole ownership of their excerpt, and I shall not reveal, copy, disclose, or discuss by any means the authors’ names, titles, examples, stories, or any other aspect, no matter how small. Such disclosures will result in the loss of access to the challenge.

I agree to contribute to a safe environment for all by being kind to attendees, and to participate in feedback at the end of the challenge.

Additionally, I hereby grant my permission to Juli Ocean, Juli Ocean Ghostwriting, to record any and all Memoir Kickoff Challenge sessions in which I participate with the understanding that said recordings are the property of Juli Ocean Ghostwriting which retain the right to utilize all or portions of any recording in promotions, advertising, class instruction, or other products.
