In response to the limitations to the number of pitches at some sites and request for information from site owners, the committee have made the decision to request members reserve pitches at weekend meets, in order for the committee to monitor numbers.
Please complete the following form indicating which meet(s) you are planning on attending
Following the submission of this form, your pitch will be reserved at the requested meet(s). If there are any issues with reservation request the sites officer will be in contact.

A copy of the meets you have reserved pitches for will be emailed to the address provided.
